But, none of it worked.

You got frustrated. Maybe even jaded. All these fitness companies want is to get a dollar out of you. You can't trust any of them, and it's kind of pissing you off.

The fitness industry needs an injection of truth, and that's what Wilfredo Fitness is here to do.

I've been exactly where you are.

Working my ass off. Taking every bit of training advice that I can and implementing it, and not seeing the results I want.

Being told what exercises and how many reps to do by one jacked guy, only to have the next jacked guy tell me that was wrong.

But the fix for that issue, is science.

But, there's a problem with science too isn't there?

Who is this guy?

What's up? My name's Wilfredo. But, you can call me Fredo for short.

I started training about 5 years ago because I was SERIOUSLY depressed.

It was my 19th birthday, and the only person who told me happy birthday was my mom. I felt like a loser, and I was. I had no plans, goals, or direction (like a lot of guys my age).

I needed something to help me feel better. I went to the gym, and to my surprise, I felt pretty awesome afterward. For that hour I completely forgot about my issues and had one focus, move the weight as many times as possible.

Since then, things have changed quite a bit. I graduated college, went to graduate school for exercise science, and, more importantly, I gave up on trying to live a life satisfying other people. 

I also discovered the science of lifting, and through every bit of time and energy I had into learning biomechanics, anatomy, and what research says about getting swole.

Now, I'm sharing that with other guys just like me. Guys just like you.
